G.Skill Ripjaws MX780 RGB Mouse Review

When you think G.Skill you probably think of a RAM manufacturer, who brought low cost RAM to the market while still offering attractive heat spreaders. The top of the line Ripjaws has long been a popular RAM in the market place.

With the market for gaming and enthusiast geared peripherals, it shouldn’t come as that much of a surprise to find out that G.Skill has released a set of Ripjaws gaming peripherals. With it comes the Ripjaws 780MX RGB mouse.

Not going in with an under engineered product, G.Skill has opted to go with high quality Omron switches, and an Avago laser sensor, capable of up to 8,200dpi and 1,000Hz polling rate. The MX780 also has eight (8) fully programmable buttons to boot. At the time of review, the mouse was selling for $54.99 on newegg.
