    Hey all,
I am new to the Modding scene, although I have been wanting to start customizing the aspects of the PC's I've built over the years, I just didn't get into it those times for some reason. I have probably built around 10 or so rigs total, and am working on my latest one now. I found this place from Owens YouTube channel. I watched a bunch of his videos and it started to get me really interested in finally doing my own modifications. It's great to be here and I'm looking forward to being a part of this awesome community! cheers

Only thing is, why 'reunion'?  Are we Pink Floyd?  Did we break up or something?  Nope; just concentrating on our own poops for a bit is all.  :D

Best way to remove all the little metal dust/shavings after cutting metal that are hiding in all the nooks and cracks...without an air compressor?

If that doesn't work I have another idea. I might make a front for it and figure out how to keep the filter. I should have the case next week so a log of sorts may follow if I can make the project move in a timely fashion.

Hello and welcome to the final update

    WOW!

What a journey this has been with my still unnamed TJ07 project! With this update I would like to show you the completed build in all of it's glory! Thank you to all of you sponsors for your support in making this the PC that I had imagined using your products!

This project started over a year ago when I bought a SilverStone Temjin TJ07 second hand from a local man.. I started designing ideas in SketchUp and eventually came up with a design that I (and you guys :) ) enjoyed. A few months went by when a friend of mine asked me to build this computer for him. Fast forward a few months of slow but sure progress, and here we have the finished product!!

Personally, I think that this PC looks spectacular!! I love the black on black with just a little hint of grey and carbon black highlights. Very stealthy and understated.

The finished project contains the following hardware:
    Intel Core i7 4930K
ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition X79
    G.Skill Ripjaws Z DDR3 PC19200/2400MHz CL10 4x8GB x2 (64GB total)
    Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB x3 (Trifire)
    Samsung 840 EVO Series 500GB x2
    NB-BlackSilent Pro 120mm x6
    SilverStone ST1200-G 1200W
    EK Coolstream PE 480
    EK Coolstream PE 240
    EK-RES X3 250 x2
    EK-FB ASUS R4BE Monoblock - Acetal+Nickel
    EK-FC R9-290X - Acetal+Nickel (Rev.2.0) x3
    EK-FC R9-290X Backplate - Black x3
Alphacool VPP655 - G1/4 IG complete with D5 HF Top
    EK HD fittings and adapters

    Hello and welcome!

It has been quiet these last few weeks regarding this project as all of my family including myself have shared a nasty cold, which we have been battling for the last 3 weeks or so. This means that our daughter was home from preschool and we were also home looking after her :) This did mean no modding though, but I have almost finished my own website which will launch soon!

In this update, I started the tubing for the water cooling loop, beginning with the drain, and from the radiators up to the main cabin.

I have to say that I love working with the chromed copper tubing, which I regard much easier to work with when compared to hard acrylic tubing. And those shiny looks, OH MY GAWWD does it look killer!

I have this Monday and Wednesday (around 10 hours total) of which I plan on completing this project provided I get some extra right angled fittings before Wednesday. Other than tubing, I just have to sleeve one more PCIE cable, the pump cable, SATA power and data cables and install the LED strips. Please let me know of what you think of the progress so far :)

    PSU and rad installation:

    240 radiator to reservoir

No mistakes yet, just adjustments for pipes that were too long:

Thank you for checking out this project everyone, especially you who have been with me from the very beginning since last year. It is a great feeling to see this project come to maturity, and I hope you have enjoyed the build log thus far! :)

Update finally! :)   I've been away for a while, had a lot of stuff going on with the recording of Intel's Kitchen. And now I finally can say, after one month of secrecy, that I won the contest together with Lucas G (Auxilium/iSw3de). It has been a wonderful experience. The winning computer arrived at my place yesterday, and im going to start a new modding project after Chimaera is finished.   Here is a sneak peak on my new X99 rig with 970 SLI:     I have been working a lot the last few days, because I have Autumn holiday, with both sleeving and the case. This is also the first time im sleeving. Here are the results!                 Creating extensions on the cables...                :)         I have not arranged the cables yet, but this is how they look!     Thats it for today!  :D

My name is Ryan, and just kinda getting into case modding. Right now I have a Rosewill Blackbone that I am doing little things to here and there. No real theme, just subtle things (comparative to most builds lol) as I come up with them. So far all I really have is a 3 40mm fan setup that I made for the bottom 5.25" drive bay with custom wired LEDs. They don't make 40mm fans with the LEDs in the corners like 120mm fans do, and that's what I wanted, so I made it lol. I have the LEDs and the fans wired separately so that I can adjust brightness and fan speed independently from each other. Also have a red LCD in the top bay that displays CPU temp, current weather, and time. Right now I am working on a custom front I/O panel with some LED anti-vandal switches for power and reset. The LED on the reset switch will be the HDD activity light. Sorry for the rambling lol.
