  1. Hey guys, I present to you my next mod project: Achromodic! As the name implies, this mod will be totally devoid of color. I've always tried to do something new for each and every mod, and I recently realized I've never done a black and white theme. And with all the RGB craziness going on these days, I thought it would be fitting to go completely off the technicolor reservation for this project. Cooler Master was kind enough to send me their flagship case, the Cosmos C700P, along with an 850w PSU as well as their new AIO Liquid Maker 240 watercooling kit! CM has partnered with ASUS and ROG, and they've supplied the motherboard and GPU: Zadak511 also joined in, and sent me this awesome kit with RAM and an SSD: Here is a shot of the Liquid Maker 240 kit.. This has everything you need to put your CPU on water, and it's not hermetically sealed like an AIO would be, so you can add blocks or swap out components at your liesure! For the design, I wanted it to be sleek and elegant, as an exotic supercar would be, but with some organic touches thrown in. So the case will be a majestic white with black chrome accents, and then some random webbing will be incorporated into the panels here and there. Should look pretty cool when its done! Here's a concept rendering I pieced together in Photoshop.. One thing I wanted to do was have a see-through center on this case. The side panel is smoked tempered glass, and it's interchangeable with the other side, so I ordered a second glass panel so you'll be able to look through the case, even when the doors are closed. The motherboard and GPU will be supported by the organic webbing in the center of the case, and all four interior walls will be lighted panels. So in theory, the hardware should be easily visible through the smoked glass doors. We'll have to wait and see! Thank you Cooler Master, ASUS, ROG, and Zadak511 for allowing me to get creative once more, and hopefully end up with a beautiful showpiece. Work is already under way, so the first update will be posted shortly..
  2. New project in the making! This time i will be doing a casemod instead of a scratch build. The main concept with the build is mirrors and thats why i decided to call it simply Spegel (mirror in Swedish). This time i´m proudly sponsored by ASUS Republic of Gamers, Inet, Phanteks Nordic, Seasonic - 海韻電子 and TeamGroup - Global. Thanks alot for the support and more pictures will be coming shortly.
  3. This build is to add a new family member to my Titanium Builds. I call it the Titanium R. There will be 4 kinds of Titanium that I will be releasing in the near future. Titanium X - Extreme build with extreme parts and fully customized. Titanium S - Super build with Mid-high end parts using Cosmos 2. Titanium R - Radical build using Midrange parts and standard size chasis. Titanium J - Jr. size build with M-ATX/ITX parts. For this build we will build the TITANIUM R With this, I will be using the new chasis from NZXT The NZXT Source 530 This case is very compact but it has some serious space inside. what I like about this case is that the metal that were used are very rigid. And it also has very nice details. For example, the back of the case has some extruded mesh for the fans which gives more space. I also like the idea that you could re-adjust where you will be placing your radiator just in case something is hitting your fans/rad Other details, for a cheap price, I really like the way they made it fully compatible with water cooling support and the way the motherboard tray was design and created makes this special. :) So lets start doing some minor modding to it :) as some of you know, I always wanted rotated motherboard tray. With this case its very easy to convert. We just rotate the entire casing! :) After removing the front plastic panel. I made some tracing to know where I should drill holes on the top panel. and then drill! after a few minutes! Tada! we have converted the case into 90 deg rotated motherboard tray. Now I will make something for the back to make it look nice now let us add some more details! my design inspiration for this build is my favorite chair I saw one time at a store. so with this, I started doing my concept design using photoshop hopefully I can full it off. :) Now let's start doing it! first is get some cardboard and drawing the pattern needed then test fit now the side panels now let's do some cutting! Safety first! then sanding! very smooth! also the side panel then some bending! :) love it! done! Stay tuned for the next update! :) Thanks!
