I will be calling this project the "Corsair 900D WWII Bomber Military Case Mod" we will be customizing the WWII Memphis Belle Bomber Military Case Mod into something special and added the "T2" touch to this new project.

This project is on-going and will be updated weekly i hope, Time, Projects, and the Holidays will be against me.

Removing the decal wasn't easy. I will be color matching the paint for touch ups.

That is some serious hole-sawing on a cordless, she must have been begging to be done after that session.  Top panel looks great!

I had metal shavings all over the place after I was done.

Oh Boy, I had my cordless actually Smoking twice running one of those big bit's. Really glad to see you working on this case, It is one of my favorite 900D's That is also the first 480 Nautilus grill to get used. Brian White bought 2 of them and I think they are still sitting on a shelf, because he went in the Chopper exhaust biz. I'll be following this.

I was trying to finger out how to level out the front panel for the 3/16 metal piece.

It came to me! I can use some green acrylic panels for the sides I had laying around the Mod Garage.
