  1. Will do buddy ! :) I defintely will experiment, seeing as how that dvd drive in there pretty much just takes up needed space...epecially considering the small formfactor. Thank you both for your input :)
  2. Awesome article on pressure ANHimalx11 ! that was a huge help. It makes a lot of sense the way you, and that article puts it. I can defintely see the benefit of both, more so the negative whilst adding filters for the intakes. Thank you for taking the time for posting such informative and helpful info! kudos to you my friend!
  3. that's a great idea... one that I've been think about actually...for quite some time. however, wouldn't the heat be in the area in the back of the case since I'm moving air to the back via front fans? I'm new to all this air flow negative/positive air pressure unfortunately....
  4. in my cooler Master elite 120 advanced, I would like a separate exhaust fan other than my cx750 psu from corsair. I was wondering what you guys think I should do for exhaust. I hear that some people do side exhaust. I was thinking a top mounted exhaust would be better to assist the psu? I'll be happy to hear your advice. current setup: cooler Master elite 120 advanced msi gtx 970 gaming 4G mushkin chronos 120GB ssd corsair h80i, push/pull with dual corsair sp120's in place of hdd Bay. lg dvd drive corsair vengeance 8GB 1866 dual channel intel 4790k @ 4 GHz
  5. for building/modding... I def crank up.... "energetic pumping", and "reptile theme".
  6. sounds great, I will give it a shot. thank you guys for the great advice.
  7. thank you for responding well, i wasent told that directly... i read it somewhere ( can't remember exactly where ) but it was stated that that tool wasen't good for using it on plastics because of melting. i was thinking too, that if i take it slow, that it would be ok. which type of piece do you recommend i use for the plastic? i have a few cutting wheels that use the ez accessory ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FBLRVA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) if i need another type of bit, i would be happy to get it
  8. Hey all, I am new to the Modding scene, although I have been wanting to start customizing the aspects of the PC's I've built over the years, I just didn't get into it those times for some reason. I have probably built around 10 or so rigs total, and am working on my latest one now. I found this place from Owens YouTube channel. I watched a bunch of his videos and it started to get me really interested in finally doing my own modifications. It's great to be here and I'm looking forward to being a part of this awesome community! cheers
  9. Hey everyone, I'm new to modding, and I was wondering how I should go about removing the gray square on the front bezel of my Cooler Master elite 120 advanced. I have a b&d rtx, but I heard it wasn't a good idea to use it in this situation. I was looking for a cheap alternative to a jigsaw atm, until I get one later. is there something cheap I can use atm? plan on putting a mesh grill in its place to get my corsair sp120 better air flow. thank you guys for reading
